New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
If you’ve ever had a child enrolled in WSISD, you already have an account, DO NOT PROCEED, please use your Family Access credentials to login. Please email or call Amy Moore at amoore@wsisd.net / 817-367-5330 OR contact your child’s campus for your Family Access login credentials. Complete required fields to request a Skyward Gradebook/Family Access account to enroll your NEW to WSISD student(s). *After submitting the Account Request, check your email/spam folder for your account login/password from skywardsupport@wsisd.net.* Please gather all required documents. .
